About Me
One of the rare breed that combines technical wizardry with sales and marketing chops, I have been both a
lead programmer and top producing sales rep for text message marketing,
hosted PBX, PBX disaster recovery,
toll free virtual PBX systems, and real estate hotlines.
As a business programmer extraordinaire, I have a specific focus on communication systems, performance in database
intensive applications, and mission critical infrastructure.
I am the owner of Communication Freedom, and a senior programmer for Jackson National Life. I have been called on to
improve the performance of many systems including an accounting data warehouse that saw a 300% speed improvement and
savings of over $150,000 a year in licensing cost and 100+ man-hours/month. I have also helped clients save countless
thousands of dollars on their communication infrastructure with typical clients seeing a 10%-60% savings.
I hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on management from Kettering University.

As a small business owner since 1997, I was frustrated by what I saw as a lack of voice
and data solution providers that understood and would work with small businesses.
I just wanted to find a company that could deliver the phone, web, and communication
solutions necessary to help automate a growing business. When I couldn't find a company
that could do that without the Fortune 500 price tag and contracts, I decided to do something about it.
As a result, Communication Freedom, LLC was born to provide voice and data solutions for the mobile
workforce and small businesses. We understand small business because WE are a small business.
We also understand that small business doesn't mean second class or unsophisticated. Growing
businesses need to automate their communication systems so they can focus on what they do best.
